Who are you?
I am Bron, short for Bronislava. Before I came to the UK from the Czech Republic 24 years ago, my job was in a marketing department as a sales marketing assistant for a shoe company. Raising a family in the UK, I found I needed a professional career that I could develop and grow. I have since worked in Accounting for the last 10 years and in Payroll processing for the last 7 of those years. Moving from manual payroll calculation over to computerised payroll I have gained experience working with various payroll systems, like Sage Payroll, IRIS Payroll Bureau, 123pay, Quick Book Payroll and Xero.
I am a full member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) after completing two years study, obtaining the Foundation Degree in Payroll Management and a qualification as Pension Administrator in 2020. This enabled me to become a payroll specialist and helped me to secure a position as a Payroll Manager with Crouchers Ltd.
Why Crouchers?
At Crouchers the objectives are to provide clients with a high standard of service, and the payroll is well supported to provide this good practice. I enjoy the challenges of dealing with the diversity of clients at Crouchers and the support that is provided by Crouchers and the team.
What do you do outside of work?
Since childhood I have always been very sporty and enjoy cycling, skiing, skating, martial arts and much more. I would like to play golf like my son Joseph who became the UK National Junior Champion in 2015 organised by American Golf. I try to find the time to relax and have a spa treatment to indulge myself. Having a house with a big garden is where I can easily unwind my mind and get my fingers dirty.
